  1. Hi all I just received a Mazak Vortex I-630. The post is working fine but the Machine simulation will not show a C axis rotation when machining in the top plane. If the B is not zero it will simulate any toolplane correctly. The Vortex will not move past the center line of the pallet in the X. if you want to machine a section of the part at C90, B0 you need to create a plane that represents that. When I set "use_tool_plane_as_bias" to yes in the post I get what is needed for NC, C90, B0 and J0, K90. The machine simulation will not represent this. It stays at C0 and warns of Axis limit Overrun if I change the Machine Simulation Post Settings to Keep Angle Pair, it will simulate C axis machining, but that’s not what we are doing and it won’t tell me if I accidentally moved past the center line in X. I’ve also tried all the solutions in “select between the two solutions for startup”. I worked with my reseller and they can't get it either so they are sending a ticket to Mastercam. I was hoping someone may have a solution. I’m using Mastercam 2022
