I am programming a 45 x 2 Buttress thread on an Okuma using IGF. What angle should I use for feeding the insert? I want to use a zigzag in feed on this thread. I generally use M33 and would like to do it with this project. Do I input 45 or the 2 degrees flank or do I call it 27 degrees ? What is left and right when looking at the threading tool?? I also have Mastercam 2020 if that is easier to explain.

Hi Hoping you guys can help. Have recently hooked my okuma up to my pc using dnc. It works well on my fanc based lathe but the okuma is not working at all. Do you know where I can get a hold of a step by step set up of the Okuma connection to DNC? It is using a RS232C hook up if that matters. Thanks

Hi Recently up graded my computer from 98 to Windows 10. We needed to do this to upgrade our Mastercam. I am having difficulties in Windows 10 seeing all my program on the server. Anyone having this issue and know of a fix?? Thanks
