Hi All, I'm an absolute beginner to Mastercam and CNC in general. Long story short. we have a 3 axis Thermwood 45 model. I have to made a 3d cut to create a screen using a 1/4" bullnose on 3/4 MDF. The 3D cut runs fine but I have a problem when I go to make finish cuts with my 1/8" bullnose, I get the error message "Z Axis out of bonds". Do I need a longer bit? What Do?
