Hi Radical1,
The option to turn off the Hardware acceleration is now located in the Mastercam Launcher (found in the installation folder in the Mastercam folder from the Windows Start menu). Here is a screenshot:
Hope this helps.

No, it's Mill level 3. Mill only. The work around I have found so far, is edit selected operations, edit common parameters, then change nc file name from here.
We have several seats of Mastercam. X3 on all of them, but one computer will not allow the toolpath to be renamed, (Edit selected operations, Change nc file name). Clicking this does nothing on this one computer. Have tried re-installing, repairing and everything else I can think of. Anybody have any suggestions?
Thanks,
Patrik
Does anyone know how to re-define the containment boundaries in the Mastercam Art toolpaths? Once I select a boundary, I can't seem to re-select a different boundary or add to it and regenerate the toolpath.
Thanks for the help,
Patrik
Still would like to know if there is any way to scale a toolpath in X2. Sometimes, because of the complexity of the geometry, scaling it, re-selecting the geometry you need and then regenerating it can be a real hassle. If you can scale the toolpath itself, it takes care of all of these problems.
So if anyone knows of a way to scale a toolpath in X2, I would love to know.
Thanks,
Patrik
What I want is to scale toolpaths, not geometry. With the editnci chook, you had that ability. I can't find where to scale a toolpath in X2.
Thanks,
Patrik
Anyone know how to make the fillet option in the polygon or rectangle mode change from full circles to small fillets? Everytime I use this it will create the full cirlces that I have to trim back to fillets.
Memory is fine. I think it was caused by something it didn't like in the post. I think updating old posts is probably not the way to go. I should probably customize an X post for my machine.
I also preferred the way you locked it vertical or horizontal in version 9. When you lock these values in X, it doesn't snap vertical or horizontal until you click it. It was much more visual in version 9. (and easier).
Can anyone use the drag function with 'copy', and not get extra entities when you try to exit the function? If you use 'move' I don't have a problem. When I use 'copy', after I position my objects, I get another group where ever my cursor happens to be when I exit.
Anyone having problems with Mastercam locking up during the post processing? This is happening to me about every 3 jobs. Have X loaded on another machine and get similar results. On one job, when the depth cuts was turned off, it would post ok.
So mastercam no longer supports its own files? That makes no sense at all. I did do it John's way to make it work, I was just wondering why they would take this option out of X?
