Catia. Themodels are awful. I already know that. I have been bitching about it for a month. Of course not. I have been using the model prep tools. No good comes of it. Sent a file to MC well over a month ago. No reply. Maintenance payments are a scam.

They used to have a "ram saver" icon. What happened to that?

Trying to select the edge as an upper chain. MC will not select beyond the intersection. So I create edge curves and then must trim in order for it to work. The error on this after I trim is .007. Some are as much as .015. What a headache!

Why worry about Ukraine when it can be hacked from inside? If it has a USB port it is vulnerable. Disgruntled employees have a way of making things work, or not work.

Dell was sued for knowingly shipping computers with faulty motherboard. They even shipped 1000 of them to their own legal team. They are way overpriced on top of that. -

No. However, I just went back and opened the file to check on your comment and POOOOFFFFF again. Now the problem is gone. I need some Advil.

By wireframe I do not mean edges. I mean created lines and arcs. It does not have the same aspects as glass rendering. The model looks and is solid, but lines and arcs can be seen as if there is nothing in front of them.

I don't know how many times I have done that. I have constant interruptions. Open this, open that. Then forget where I ended. -
We have the Moldplus addon for 2020. No way in hell I am installing 2021 from what I have heard so far. I have enough problems to deal with.

It was working fine for a while, then POOOOFFF! We have the Catia addon. In fact, we have Catia. I'm guessing that the customer may not have the proper setup. From what I am seeing they probably are not very skilled at engineering at all.

I am working with step files that were translated from Catia. They were translated from Catia because the catia files were pathetically bad. Even though the stp file shows 87 errors it was still better than working the Catia file. I am having to create surfaces because MC cannot make heads or tails of the models. To make it even worse, the customer does not provide actual prints. All of the info is embedded in the Catia file which must be viewed with MBD. Never seen anything like it. Now I know why fighter planes keep dropping out of the sky.
