This tutorial covers Mastercam’s toolpath functionality in the Mill-Turn add-on. You must have the Mastercam Mill –Turn add-on in order to use this tutorial, it does not work with the Mastercam Home Learning Edition. To apply these toolpaths you need a multi-tasking machine tool, in our case Mazak Integrex 100-IV ST and a customize post processor. This machine configuration features second turning spindle and lower turret. Similar configuration machines such as Doosan Puma MX 2100/2600 ST can be used, keeping in mind that some machine specifics could be different. Hey Anyone knows where to find the "Xform STL" button in the new 2017 interface? I've been using that function a lot in MCX8, but now I can't seem to find it anywhere in 2017. Thanks

Hello to all, For the last mastercam Versions I have used png 24px 32bits for large Icons and png 16px 32bits for small Icons. In Mastercam 2017 the small Icon is used when I put my c-hook into quick Access toolbar. When I want to make a custom ribbon tab to use my chook, then the large Icon is used, scaled (to 48px I think) and it looks very bad because of scaling. How to get bigger Icons (avoid scaling) into chook? When I use png 48px then the ribbon tab don't display my programmed Icon. What is the right icon format to use in Mastercam 2017 Ribbon Tab? Thank you -
I'm dealing with the issues of large file sizes. I planed to use the CHook SectionNCI.DLL, but I am unable to find how to select Chooks within Mastercam for Solidworks 2017.( [Alt]+[C] does nothing ) So as an alternative I am trying to use the default Mastercam 2017. In MC2017 I am unable to find a way to import the sectioned NCI. Backin the days of X9 it was TOOLPATHS>IMPORT NCI. Where can I find this for Mastercam 2017? Trying to just stick with Mastercam for Solidworks 2017 How do I do any of this in that addon?
