Hello, I have a Mori Seiki NH5000 and I want to know what would be the procedure to run one program per pallet. Right know I need to run the same model in both pallets, but I need two adjust the G54's of each program due the difference on the fixturing. I read the manual that first enter to the settings and add a "Work number" to each pallet. And then I have two different options; using the M60/M61 on the end of the program, or, using the M02/M30. I would really appreciate your help, if you need any extra information please let me know.

On my Mori post I don't get any lock or unlock codes (M10 and M11) as well as no B. move, (which would be B0.). I get these codes when I have rotations programmed but I still want/need the code when doing just doing work on B0. How can I get these codes to come up without B axis rotation?

Hello, I'm new to the forum and rather new to CNC machining. I have been recently setting up a used '06 Mori Seiki NH4000dcg, MSX-501III controller. We have a renishaw MP10 that came with the machine. I have calibrated the probe already, but I cannot get it to complete a proper measurement cycle. In the x&y planes, I have tried finding points but after it contacts the part it clears away then comes crashing back into the part. If I'm right, which I'm probably not, it's trying to put the center of the stylus at the new found zero. I'm using a G320 cycle for this.. any suggestions??
