  1. Hi all, I have about 2.5 years of 5th axis experience but mostly with Swarf Mill, Curve and lots of 3+2. I would like to learn how to drive the Unified Toolpaths. Does anyone have any good ideas on how to go about mastering Unified as fast as possible? recommendations, links, YouTube videos? I checked Mastercam University and help content but couldn't find much more than an introductory explanation about what they can do. Anything you think will help me would be greatly appreciated.
  2. Gents, are any of you aware of any educational tutorials on machining strategy's and Technics. Let me explain in more detail; an ALU hogout which has pockets, thin walls, holes, clevis, tight tolerance flatness call outs and tight true position call outs on holes ect.. The tutorials would cover different roughing methods and what tools work best based on the type of Matl and shape of the part. And the order in which one should rough away Matl and or leave some till the end for rigidity. I have seen many tutorials that can be purchased teach the in and outs of Mastercam but none on which part Features should be machined first and which ones you should save for last. Thank you, John
  3. Hi, I am in need to produce a set of holes around a PCD and just wondering if there is any function I could use? Any guidance on this would be grateful cheers
