Mastercam X7 Pawn Single Project (PDF)
This is a project for Mastercam Lathe which introduces general CNC Lathe principles and setups. The Pawn project uses a variety of basic geometry commands such as create rectangle, line parallel and circle to create half of the 2D geometry needed to generate lathe-specific toolpaths. Then, toolpaths such as face, rough, finish and cutoff are applied to complete the part.
