what is the difference between 2d area mill and 2d dynamic area mill

i am a new mastercam programmer. what is the difference between 2d area mill and 2d dynamic area mill. like core ,area ,rest and dynamic core,dynamic area and dynamic rest. i know i use full length tool cutter for dyanamic area but i did not understand how it work 2d area mill than 2d dynamic area mill

I typically program for lathe. but it is a live tooling lathe. My understanding of this is that in dynamic the tool is engaged into the cut so that you can use chip thinning. and avoids machining into corners to prevent more angular engagment typcially I see this used for high speed machining. while area mill will just be a normal zig zag pattern. I maybe wrong but I believe it is the just of it.
