were BoltCircle_VB, NetHook2ExampleVB and NetHook2Example

I'd ask if it matters but apparently it does.

I thought about trying Delphi Turbo Explorer(free)

for .Net. But it's old, uses .Net 1.1 and has

patches from the get go. Delphi 2009 was supposed

to be available today but the online store says

pre-order. If I try the freebee does Net1.1

Most splines are split pitch.

A 24/48 spline has 24 addendum and 48 dedendum.

They usually have a 30 degree pressure angle.

Is anybody out there using Delphi to write
