My computer crashes

Ok I am a student I have solidworks 2021 and Master Cam HLE 2021 as a add in and my laptop crashes . My rig is pretty solid Dell Precision 7530 i7 6 core 8850h 2.6ghz 4.5ghz turbo 96gb of ram 500gb SSD drive class 50 Nvidia quadro p2000 video card.  I know my processor is a little slow it runs Solidworks great no problems it crashed once with Solidworks I had 30 part files open 10 part drawings and the assembly  open all at once . I have Master Cam 2021 installed by its self also it runs no problem.  Used it all the time in the spring semester.  Any one know what could be causing the problem?
