Arc Feed Override

Greetings All,

I've never seen this before using arc feed override.  A machinist was all freaked out because the program was going around outside corners at 500ipm. When I set the override, I set outside corners to 0% so outside arcs feed at the rate set on the tool page. If I disable the function, it posts it at the set feed rate. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Ok, so... I restarted my computer and it's no longer posting outside arcs at 500ipm...  

If anyone has any info as to why, I'd still like to know so I can avoid it in the future
