Mastercam files in Solidworks ePDM vault: Corruption

We use ePDM for engineering and keep our Mastercam files in the vault with Solidworks files and NC files. 

4 of the 5 programmers here, myself included, have had files changed when opening from the vault. Stupid little crap like an arc will jump up in z several inches, or an arc will get it's end points changed, or entities that were in one level get moved/deleted after open, or an operation will just lose it's chains, etc etc.

Has anyone else using ePDM had any issues with file integrity for Mastercam files?

its all about work flow when proving and reviewing nc programs, you need to change state to issued prg for everyone across all data fields to have the same code!!
