We have a Mazak VTC-200B but cannot do any Imperial work on it till we upgrade it, which I wont have for month but i have a urgent job.

Can i convert a Imperial Mastercam file with toolpaths to Metric or do i have to redraw it in metric and apply new toolpaths.

Thanks.

Ruffmut,

use X-form/Scale/Window/

scale about the origin.

When the scale box appears make sure to toggle to "move" and 1 step.

Put in the scale box 1*25.4 then ok.

This will scale all geometry to metric.]

Regen all toolpaths and enjoy.

Thanks Toby.

I was going from English to Metric. The value I used was 1*25.4 and it scaled it up perfect.

So thanks for all your help again smile.gifsmile.gif
