I just started getting this error for the last 3 weeks about 3 time a day.

I have to restart mastercam to regen path

 

Im running mill 9.1 sp2

windows xp pro

We used to get some kind of a bnci error when we had mastercam with toolpaths opened and then opened another with the restore nci box checked. Then if you ever tried to regen the first one it would throw the error. If you saved it and reopened it the toolpaths needed regened but it would be ok.
