McamX default to original

i would like reset Mcam X to the original setting

(like the beginning after you've installed the software).

Are you talking about:

 

a. Removing all of the updates and Service Pack 1?

b. Your configuration customizations?

c. Your toolbars, Keymap and RMB settings?

d. All of the above

 

If you really need to restore everything to default, why not just re-install?

 

There is a link on this page that takes you to mastercam.com, and explains how to "completely" remove X.

No, i dont want to removed the mastercam x, i just want to reconfigure the setting to original. cause i i did alot of configure change and now i just want to reset it.

You chould be able to go back to yur original config files, IF, when you made the changes to the existing ones saved then by a different name. If you over wrote the original files as you saved your changes then you may have to reinstall MCAM.

 

I don't know if someone gave your copies of their original files, that it would work for you.

 

 

Setting >> config >> start/exit >> set config to default >> set the toolbar to mastercam.mtb >> set keymap to default.kmp.

I guess i have to ask my boss for the disc to reinstall the software again.
