V9 HELP HELP

I have a file loaded to the FTP called FRONTSIGN.MC9 loaded a few seconds ago.

I am trying to cut out the letters and the D in particular will not go past " cutter compensation unsuccessful" unless I turn the comp off, which I dont wabt to do the B and inside the A seem to work great.

Can anyone pleeeze tell me where I am going wrong with this "simple contour tool path

V9 Router 1 or Mill 3 makes no difference still does not work.

The long leg of the D has overlapping entities, I deleted and redrew the long leg and it chained and ran fine.

 

You can use the FindOverlap.dll available thru c-hooks

Thanks Jmparis and Yogesh, I sorted it after receiving your advice.

This is the first time when importing a DXF I have had any drama and I guess that when you are , as they say, " up to your xxxx in crocodiles, you tend to forget that your initial job was to drain the swamp"
