Regeneration of toolpaths (HASP)

Hi, I,ve found on several occasions when I have made a program where all the toolpaths work well and then after regenerating, I get dirty toolpaths that give me an error massage ( spiral cutting can not be done in Entry )- if I close and restart Mcam then open the same program I can then regenerate with no problems. Mastercam is misreading my hasp level ( Level 2) and setting it to entry level while I,m working. Has anyone had similar problems like this, or odd dirty toolpaths for no reason. I have a white HASP4 type. Any Ideas?

Have you updated your hasp drivers (Hdd32)?

Thanks bellyup I see the others are having the same problem and yes somtimes my sim disconnects aswell.
