Seriously, I have not run into this myself but if you're maxed out on memory and it is still giving you the error, I think I would try to break my surfaces down into smaller toolpaths.

You might do a search on allocations this has been discussed many times in V9. Allocation can be about 50% max depending on how much RAM you actually have available. 650 megs or so appears to be the MAX MC will actually use no matter how much you allocate above that. You might find yourself tweaking your toolpaths a bit more.

Pentium D 3.4 processor

2 Gig Ram

256 FX 3400 Video card

V9.1 Lathe 1 Mill 3 V5 Solids

These are the new boxes that "IS" has purchased to help satisfy our programming needs. I made a trouble call to a friend of ours Martin Roderick, as I am trying to program a complex part for our Inegrex. He provided me with the above allocations and all seems well, again thanks for the speedy replies and support. Seems that now I am only having posting issues, I may have to switch to Version X and try our new post. The 5 axis simulation looks great, but on the machine, I could hand wheel it closer banghead.gif . Seems a trouble call to our nieghbors to the North at In House may be in order.
