o/t Predator products anyone?

If you can not all ready tell I like Predator allot.

I work with great teams that are very knowledgeable of the software.

I have found that severail of the software’s has helped me when I really needed it.

Like any software a good support team can make a difference that is for sure.

My experience with predator mostly stands with DNC, Virtual and my favorite editor the Predator editor.

 

I am also not saying that Cimco sucks as I don’t think it does. I have setup allot and seen allot of shops using several tools from Predator and are vary happy.

I have recently called my Cimco reseller inquiring about data collection. He informed me it is not out yet, but will be available shortly. I am not sure I want to be the first guy on the block with the Cimco version. Although I am only interested in true cycle time. That does not seem like a difficult thing to acuire if it is output via macro.

I got the same response from Cimco with the same reserve. It is advertised on their web site but I was assured that it was not supported. I was told that it is bundled with other software and up and running in Europe, but then I can't even get a quote. I like other Cimco products but am drawing a blank on sales on this one. I also am looking at Cadem. I have used their DNC dripfeed products 4 years ago with great and flawless results. I'm always nervous about dripfeed but it just worked. Cadem is currently working up a quote for me.

CADEM? This is a company overseas if not mistaken...

 

Support, service, upgrades, existing years with the product being released....all questions to be raised.
