Force Tool Change option

Where can I get a description of the Force Tool Change Option in the Tool Path Parameters pane? I can't find much in the Help file or Reference Guide?

Im not really sure if this is what you are looking for but The force tool change is used to go back to tool change position, and recall the safety line. example if you want a m00 to reposion the clamps you can use manual entry, add a m00, then it will restart the spindle after the m00. I use it for this all the time, but there probally are more uses for it than that.
