Another stupid question ??

How can I get X2 to load a standard template drawing on startup. It seems such a simple thing to want to do, but do you think I can see how to do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you want to load the same template every time you launch Mastercam X2 then add it to the target string of your icon by rightclicking on the icon, left click on properties. Where the target string is listed as c:mcamx2mastercam.exe add a space and then the complete path for the template file.

Don't forget to make it read only. Also you could just save the read only MCX on the desktop and double click that for a new file.
