i cann't know how to start. I cann't know how to rotate my tool path, please help me. I'd like send my mastercam 9 file but i can not.

Are you programming from a solid model or 2D geometry, horizontal or vertical mill. A little more info would help us help you. In general what you are going to need to do is set you origin at the center of rotation, leave WCS set to top, then create a new toolplane using one of several options. It is the new toolplane that will give you the rotation move when you post the toolpath.
