Help with custom tool

Please help!!!!

 

I've made a few custom tools for this job. one of the other tools was a radius profile cutter(corner-round) just like this one only smaller and it worked fine. No matter what I do with this one it keeps giving me this error:

"problems with custom tool file or data"

I can't figure out how to put the file on the ftp but I can e-mail it to you.

You have a very small piece of "stray" geometry near the radius, I deleted and the tool defined fine at that point

 

It's only .001 long
