Catia R18 wont open

[RACINGCONVERTERS]

I am running X2mr2 and have mold plus but when i try to open a R18 file I get an error message saying that R18 is not supported.

 

Why is this?

Are you running the latest version of Moldplus Catia translator?

 

The latest version for you MC version offers support to R19

Nope, that is your Mastercam version

 

It should be the translator version

 

CATIA V4/V5 Translator Version: 2.1.1.2

 

go help and about, cscroll through the lit for the Catia Translator, the version should be available there

We have 1.7.2.1.

What is the latest until 12/08

because that is when the maintenance was up.

I think you're going o have to download a later version.

 

That version is pre July 1 2007 and likely at best only V17

 

If you have your loging for the Moldplus site, I'd check and grab it, otherwise you're going to need your reseller to get it for you.
