Dimension text printing error

have a customer using X4 MU1 and Vista, when printing dimension text the characters are not complete

 

whats printed is the same as shown in the dimension text preview window in system config

 

 

i cant replicate it, any ideas?

and one other thing, how do i get the image to show instead of a link

 

panic over, figured out how to put the picture in, phew

 

still need a solution for the printing
