Post output G65 help

I’d like to learn how to output a G65 statement were the variables represent the different H values used on each tool after each M06. I think I would be using the tloffno variable, but after that I’m completely lost.

 

Something like this:

 

T5 uses H5, H15, H25, H35

 

T5 M06

G65 P9000 T5 A5 B5 C5 D5
