V9 wire

I just added V9 wire to our V9 mill. I'm having problems double tabbing a rectangular punch (.500 x 3.500). I can't seem to get the tabs set up properly to line up with pre-drilled holes which were put in the block before heat treat. I can flawlessly burn a single tabbed punch from a drilled hole, but not a double one. The multi-tab sample in the V9 tutorial seems pretty straight forward, except how do you determine the location where the drilled holes need to be for the tabs? Can anyone e-mail me a sample MC9 double tabbed punch file?

Haven't got V9 yet but I know in V8.1 there is a section on multi tabs in the help section. Have only used it once but it appears to just be the way you chain between start holes. I'm fairly new to it , but hope this helps .
