Can't get into the FTP files

I've tried with Explorer and Netscape but can't get into the FTP site. Does it even work?

TK ,Yes it works there are alott of people getting in. have you gone in the main area and read some of the posts on the issue's at hand.

Make sure all of you WindowsXP SP2 users who are using IE to access the FTP site have Passive mode disabled (to do that in IE go Tools | Internet Options -> click on the Advanced tab -> scroll down while looking for "Use Passive FTP" and uncheck it).
