Scallop Toolpath

I am constantly getting unable to determine a valid machining zone when useing this toolpath in v9. I have tried playing with boundries and such with no luck. Seem to have most problems when using small cutters and small stepovers, example 1/64 ball with .0003 to .0005 stepovers. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When we have had this error I have found a bad input somewhere in or toolpath setup screens. Check all of your boundries, depths, and offsets carefully. Also try importing the V8.1 file into V9 and regen to see if it will still work. Sometimes those bad inputs are hard to find, but after a few times I have started to understand better what they are used for and have really improved my programs. HTH
