tool list before prog beginning

How do you determine where a tool list goes in the program?

It is before the starting flag in the program. I want to move it down to before the first tool change. I put the PWRTT in PSOF before the first tool call

I have a ptoolcomment at each tool change and a ptooltable before the actual beginning of the program. What I need to do is change where the ptooltable occurs. Its nice having both the tool list and a comment which each present different information.

The tool list is written out using the pwrtt postblock, which is read (assuming tooltable is set to 1) between pheader and psof. You can't move the pwrtt read, but you can delay the output of pheader info, placing it instead in psof, which will effectively move the output to below the tool table.
