Newbie needs help Shapes Sample

Well, i don't think i did to bad, after much studing of the shapes code and 1 day of debugging i made it through 19 arrors and 2 warnings . I've learned much though. My hook works good with the exception if my icons in the dialog box do not show up. What should i look at to fix this? Every thing seems to look fine.

What dialog box are you referring to? Mastercam's Customize dialog?

Sorry, i guess i left some info out. I am following the sdk instructions for version 9.1. Using microsoft visual c++ 6.0. I don't believe it is a mastercam dialog box but to be honest i have no idea. I am just starting to learn this stuff(C-Hooks and C++ both).I think it is demonstating a regular dialog box.
