responding to changes in other operations

I have an operation that is dependent on other operations (like a Mastercam Restmill operation, for example). I'd like to get notified when one of those operations becomes dirty, so that I can automatically mark my own operation as dirty. I thought there might be a way to do this via the m_notify C-Hook function, but I don't see a notification event that would trigger it.

 

Anyone have any idea on how to do this?
