OPMGR_REGEN regenerates ALL operations

I'm trying to create several operations, then selectively regenerate and post them as appropriate (I reposition the drive geometry between each regen / post).

 

I am importing the operations (import_operations), adding drive geometry (surface_manager - SRFMGR_SRF_ADD), adding containment boundaries (chain_manager), then attempting to selectively regenerate the operations using operation_manager - OPMGR_REGEN.

 

Problem: the first time I try to regenerate a single operation, the entire set of operations regenerates (without calling operation_manager for each!!!). On the second and subsequent attempts, things behave as they should (only the specified operation regenerates).

 

Any ideas? Help appreciated. I'm pulling my hair out after having tried a million different combinations of things. I'd be happy to email code if anyone cares to see it.
