Mill.set files

I was doing some work on updating a old post and creating a machine definition file along with a control definition file and I noticed it modifed my mill.set and mill2.set files in my post folder. I deleted them completely because it said there were errors on certain lines with them when updating a old post and files associated with it.. I thought I could just restart the session and they would recreate them by default. I have done this with my system config file before just rename it and it creates a new default one when MC is started.. but my questin here is how do I get the original .set files back because now they are gone.. are they important.. not sure what role they play as far as mastercam goes..

thanks,,.
