Heidenhain helix problem

Hi,

i have problem with helix entry move in Heidenhain iTNC530. I used dynamic core milling, with helix entry and this is part of h-code generated by postprocessor:

7420 L X+79.743 Y+57.875 R0

7430 CC X+77.882 Y+54.334

7440 C X+80.982 Y+56.863 DR- R0

7450 L X+81.335 Y+56.430 R0

7460 CC X+78.235 Y+53.902

7470 C X+81.572 Y+56.108 DR- R0

7480 CC X+82.406 Y+56.659

7490 CP IPA7.249 Z-0.313 DR+ R0

7500 CC X+82.406 Y+56.659

7510 CP IPA3.246 Z-0.304 DR+ R0

7520 L X+81.688 Y+55.963 R0

7530 CC X+78.806 Y+53.189

As i read forum here, people have problem with generating IPA or CP line. My post generate them properly, but when i start simulation on machine i have error message. "incorrect block". I have IPA line at the beginning of program and that passed simulation without any problem.

Where is the problem? tolerances, control definition?

I bypass problem by dont allow helix move in control definition, so postprocessor generates only lines and arcs.

Thanks for your help.
