hello

 

we have in the factory a brand new woodworking 5axis homag.

my dealer provides me the post-processor but i was surprised that the machine wouldn't be able to process it because it's a new open post-processor and not a standard one.

homag claims that they can sell authorized posts, but if anyone wants to write himself a new post, he has to purchase a universal macro for $,$$$.

 

has anyone met this situation?

any suggestions?
