Relief groove dimensions

In the Inhouse Solutions Lathe training tutorial, tutorial No6. There is a thread to be cut and a relief groove at the end of the thread. Using the instructions from the Training Tutorial, the relief groove is to be created using a Relief Groove function in the Create menu. In the relief groove dialogue box there is a button to select dimensions from a table. When this button is pressed an empty dialogue box opens, which should contain a library of threads and their relief groove dimensions.

 

Can anyone tell me how to make this thread library appear in the dialogue box.
