everything was set ran backplot and verify all good . went back and made a new holder named and saved it, changed length of tool regened op and got error

"exception rasied in calculation routine could not connect passed contours" went back reset everything to the way it was before and still keep getting this error . shut down mastercam rebooted pc and got it running again . anyone else get this problem ? thanks in advance

So after trouble shooting i found that if you modify a premade tool holder from the library (ct 40) you get this error . I went back and made a tool from the blank template with the same dims as the other holder and it regened fine. for now problem solved .
