5 axis router

My company has a DMS 5axis router, we are looking at getting another. I am kind of new to routers and don’t know what brands are better or heavier than others. The machines I have always been around where high speed 5 axis horizontals, so I’m still getting use to the light duty machines. I want to know what the next step up is. I would like to be able to do some of the finish work on are aluminum layup tools and still be able trim are composite parts. I don’t need to do any roughing, most of the work can be done on other machines we have, the router is the only 5axis we have.

Royce or Komo would be a decent step up, with Komo being a more rigid and "heavy" machine. Couple that with standard Fanuc controls and they are pretty good. Stay away from Thermwood unless going with the Super 90, as that is the only semi-rigid/heavy machine they have. DMS aren't bad, as far as 5 axis go though.
