Only one G allowed per line

Hi all,

We currently have an old controller on one of our lathes, and this particular controller accepts only one G command per line (followed by necessary X, Z, F, S, etc). However, mastercam outputs lines such as

N120 G0 G54 X94. Z889.025 <-- Two G's in same line

N150 G99 G1 X-1.6 F.25 <-- Here too

which produce an error when the controller tries to execute them. Instead, i would like something similar to

N20 G54

N30 G0 X94. Z889.025

N40 G99

N50 G1 X-1.6 F.25

 

Any suggestions on how to achieve this? Thanks!!

You would have to take this type of coding

 

 

pcan1, pbld, n$, *sgcode, *sgabsinc, pwcs, pfxout, pfyout,

[if nextdc$ <> 7, *speed, *spindle], pgear, strcantext, e$

 

 

and change it too look more like this

 

 

pcan1, pbld, n$, *sgcode, e$

pbld, n$, *sgabsinc, e$

pbld, n$, pwcs,e$

pbld, n$ pfxout, pfyout, e$

 

That will break it down, code by code
