Verisurf X7 Validation Issues

I have been trying to get Verisurf X6 and X7 to work for weeks now.

I have been working with Verisurf support but with no luck yet.

It looks like it work but then it actually doesn't.

It runs through the whole Validation process but then stop when it should give me a pass or fail.

I am also not getting a report.

The only file i am getting is a point cloud file.

I am running the floating license on a server. So we can use validation on multiple PC.

Someone has an idea what i am doing wrong or how i can fix it?

I have been running latest version for X6 for a while now and zero issues. For testing I setup my X7 setup today and it also works. You have the latest version of validate installed? should be Validate64.11.3. To make sure you get a screen shot for your report need to make sure you have these folders in this location Documents\my mcamx7\data\reports\screenshots - do the same for X6 and that will get your snap shot. Running windows 7 64bit here. Really been no issues with the validate here and the support has been great when I do have a question.

They fixed it for me yesterday. It was some licensing issue.
