Heat Shrink holders

On occasion we find a need to make our own homebrewed heat shrink adapters. Today we have that need....

I used to have a chart that had the recommended bore sizes but I will be damned if I can find it. Does anyone out there have a 5/16 holder they can measure the bore size on? We use H-13 for the material, which I gather is the industry standard.

Our holders measure .0009" under nominal.
