Lead in/out changes arc output

hello everyone,

 

  I have x7 and a version of mpfan post.  When I use the lead in/out option of a 3d arc, I get stair step ( x.09 y.09 z.09 ) output.

When I don't use lead in/out I get standard x y i and j output.  Just by clicking the lead in/out with extended start finish. no overlap or any other option, just extend start finish.  No big deal usually to draw extended start and finish lines, but I use lead in/out all the time, and this just bugs me no end.
