Dear everyone

I personally and really thank you all for your sound advises and suggestions. cheers.gif

This is great teamworks, also good for future people to look at us and our situations. cheers.gif

I work very hard in the Eduaction Institute for engineering students with Mastercam v9.1 and the old machines for their execrises.

I only started to learn the Post Process file writing/modifications, one and half months ago at the advices and encouragements of the teachers as well I am only one student to do this Post tasks.

I did managed and succeeded on Latest version of Post (MPMaster v9.13) for Fanuc machine.

So I do not ask for free posts or seek to 'steal' from you.

The reseller told me that he do not know very much about Heidenhain TNC 155. I had to do on my own efforts to gain further experiences and new skill with endeavours and without giving up. I now know that the members of eMastercam are great people.

However Heidenhain TNC 155 is more fussiest ever I have seen. The control won't operate over a tiny error then the programs become frozen.

I use MPHied_c v9.13 because it is almost acceptable to TNC 155 than the other post files, even supplied files by the reseller and some of you.

Here's the file which I had tried on MPHeid_C Post v9.13

But the problem - I tried to insert the hard core of 'strf' on liner movement - feed to suit the TNC but on line 10 & 11 show double 'F', if I remove 'strf' then 'F' on end of lines 13 to 17 disappear, then TNC won't run without "F" or on double "F".

Please advise me by showing me the hints and line numbers in the Post, please do not give/supply me your post files, as I must learn and overcome the difflicults.

This is an correct example of old NC file which TNC 155 operate effectively and perfectly.

Note: Dave, Can you tell me where and which line numbers of MPHeid_C file as you mentioned "Find where this is output - pcir - and force i and j using *i, *j"

Also I was able to solve the problem on the drill cycle set up but the TNC 155 rejects this below NC file because of no height references, please notice the numerical figures of height references and feed on end of TNC 155 NC file example - How can I solve the problem or write down the file?

When I succeed on the TNC 155 post with lots of patience then I will let you know with some examples - vital for future reference to other people who have TNC 155 control.

Thanks in Kind Advance

Terence
