verify ribbon bar

Today ones of a sudden I got verify ribbon bar when running verify. 

 

Help says verify ribbon bar displays when you select the verbose check box.

 

I never selected verbose check box. 

when I'm running verify, ribbon bar stays empty with no info.

I'm using MCX6.
