Mirror of operation & geometry failing

Hi

I have am issue, I am currently mirroring toolpaths for a part that I have already machined. I am trying to use Transform mirror, create new operations and geometry but the mirror of the surfaces used in the original toolpath fail in the new toolpath and I get an alarm saying surfaces not found. I can’t figure out why this is happening as I have mirrored some other toolpaths for similar parts and this method worked perfectly??

Does anyone have any ideas?
