trying to use true spiral cutting method for pre-drilled pocket

Hi I have pre-drilled hole with .625" drill  .5" deep,  now I need to tell my .5" end mill to go exactly into the center of the hole and start pocketing true spiral method.  By looking at simulation end mill is not going exactly into the center of the pre-drilled hole.   How do I tell the machine to go in the center?

in the pocketing cycle, selected center point of the pre-drilled hole as the first chain, then the diameter of the pocket hole as second chain, turned off entry motion, .5" flat endmill plunges in to the center of the hole in increments of .100  set by depth cuts.
