My company is in the process of decommissioning our Mori Seiki NH4000 DCG horizontal mill and we are going to put tools offsets machine offsets and programs in our Mori Seiki NH4000 and put them in th NH5000 . I am new to this brand of machine and could use step by step instructions on downloading Tool Offsets machine offsets and programs from the NH4000 machine to a flashdrive and then dropping the saved information into the NH5000.

I have a question when doing a Dynamic operation is there a way to start at a certain point say an existing hole or feature that is already in place or does the algorithm determine that automatically. I see there is an entry chain option so say I am bringing a .250 Dia tool in and I have a .207 Dia hole in the material do I have to create a boundary around the hole that will accept a .25 endmill

Looking for a step file or equivalent for Chick Tombstone for Mori-Seiki NHX-5000 . Our company recently purchased the Horizontal and want to get a jump on putting together base program. Chick doesn't seem to have support for 3D geo or prints to create GEO

I have predominantly used Dynamic Mill on Aluminum I have a project that is made out of 316 Stainless Steel. Looking for Suggestions on speeds and feeds I have a 3/16 & 1/8 carbide endmills will stay with my 12 % stepover total depth are .135 size of area 1" X .625"

Yes we have set up sheets this would be just a step by step instruction that they could pre read to see what each tool is doing and being that I have typed it into Mastercam program and would look to save the step of having to re type it out
Here is an example of what I would create but with programs with any surfacing or Dynamic functions it would be time consuming to strip manually

I am looking for a way to strip all numbers, G & M code from my program's and leave just only text between the parenthesis ex. ( OP 1 ) so I can print these up and give them to Setup for help. The last place I worked had a Dos based program that did this. Is there an option in either the CIMCO or Mastercam editor that will do this ?

I was able to download all my offsets and I am good to go.
